Lorst is a premium concept online shopping experience. We are based in Germany with selected products and partners from the premium supplement sector — sustainably sourced, natural ingredients + finest quality. Made in France. Our goal: redefining the relationship we have with our health + beauty.

Made in France. Our values are the basis for cooperation with precisely selected partners. Only if our values are adhered to in the complete production chain can we stand for our promise.
How sustainable we are?
Sustainability is an essential part of our concept. Every decision is made on the basis of this premise. Our goal is to simplify things, take a step back and remove what is redundant. Keep it simple.
We plant Trees — We give our customers the option to plant a tree with their order. Every donated plants one tree at one of One Tree Planted planting sites around the world.
How is our packaging eco-friendly?
Packaging in line with sustainability. We designed our packaging with the vision to not just minimise our waste but also to maximise recyclable content, to create a thing of beauty, quality + function.
Post Boxes — Our postage boxes are recycled cardboard. They are compostable or can be recycled.
Packaging Tape — Our paper tape is made of 60% bio-based material and is solvent-free, the roll core is made of 100% recycled cardboard.
Couriers — We use DHL GoGreen, which is Germany’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping company. It will take longer, but hey, what’s the rush. Vivez l’instant présent.

Is there any way I can track my package?
We send a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email you will receive.
What is your return policy?
We are dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Please note that we deduct €5 (DE), €10 (EU) by orders under €100 for the return shipping fee. There will be no shipping fee if you need to return the product because of a mistake we made.
